Our client is a well-established, design-build GC in North Carolina who has a deep pipeline of Multifamily projects in Charlotte. They also have a diverse portfolio of Healthcare, Senior Living, Athletic Facility, and Industrial/Warehouse projects.

Due to growth, they are looking to add a mid-to-senior level Estimator/Precon Manager to the team!

• Salary : $110K - $130K DOE + Bonus & Benefits
