Responsibilities :

-Represent clients in commercial litigation matters.

-Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents.

-Conduct legal research and provide legal advice.

-Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court.

-Proactively manage and monitor court deadlines.

Requirements :

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial litigation.
• Excellent analytical, writing, negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a high caseload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
