Our client is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Partner to join their Los Angeles office. As trusted corporate advisors, their attorneys deliver tailored solutions to clients navigating complex industries and constantly evolving markets. Their Corporate & Securities team is an industry leader, driven by a commitment to excellence and practical, interdisciplinary approaches.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including general business operations, governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, institutional investment fund formations, and initial public offerings.
  • Advise on executive compensation, employee benefits, and complex corporate governance issues.
  • Represent and counsel clients across diverse industries, including officers, boards of directors, and special board committees.
  • Foster long-term client relationships by offering proactive legal strategies tailored to their specific business goals.


Qualifications:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California State Bar.
  • Extensive experience in Corporate & Securities law, including a successful track record with complex transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to counsel clients on governance, compliance, and business strategy.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • A client-focused approach with a proven ability to establish and nurture lasting professional relationships.
