A leading industrial manufacturing company in Tulsa is seeking an experienced LEAN Manufacturing Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will lead plant continuous improvement initiatives and train staff in LEAN Manufacturing techniques.

The LEAN Manufacturing Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate plant LEAN manufacturing initiatives
• Provide LEAN trainings to production and plant staff
• Collaborate with LEAN Manager and Plant Manager as required
• Maintain LEAN related records and measures

The LEAN Manufacturing Coordinator will have the following qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience in a LEAN Manufacturing role
• Experience leading a team in a heavy manufacturing setting
• Six Sigma certifications a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
