DSJ Global is currently partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturing company in the southeast that is looking to add a Director of Manufacturing to the team. This individual will oversee manufacturing of all company products and ensure effective and efficient use of facilities and staff, delivering product on-time and within budget.

Responsibilities of the Director of Manufacturing Include:

• Oversees the manufacture of products, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.

• Reviews production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met.

• Ensures a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with regulations, through collaboration with environmental, health, and safety staff.

• Works with senior staff on long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, and implementation of new and advanced technology.

• Develops annual operating budget and supervises equipment purchase, maintenance, and layout.

Qualifications of the Director of Manufacturing Include:

• Prior experience in Household Goods, Chemicals, or Consumer Goods manufacturing industry

• Ability to set long-term goals and communicate them to others.

• Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts to accomplish goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or management
