Job Title: Production Operator I
Department: Production
Position Summary:
The Production Operator I is responsible for assembling and testing electro-mechanical medical devices. Tasks include ensuring compliance with quality systems, standards, and documentation while contributing to continuous improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test products to meet specifications.
- Document quality records and perform transactions using ERP/MRP systems.
- Follow all quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with process, material, and documentation improvements.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with mechanical assembly tools.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with MRP systems.
- Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical device assembly.
- Familiarity with measurement tools like calipers and oscilloscopes.
