We are expanding and seeking an EIC Engineer to join our team in Minneapolis. The EIC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing technical aspects of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls projects, including successful project initiation, design, field investigation, and start-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the EIC team in technical oversight, ensuring quality deliverables and project success.
• Lead EIC project development, proposal creation, capture, accounting set-up, and project launch.
• Collaborate with the Process and Development Team to implement standard proposal and project workflows.
• Act as the primary client contact for introductions, onsite meetings, business development, service presentations, and project support.
• Foster relationships with new and existing clients to support EIC group growth.
• Maintain strong working relationships with project leads, managers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Provide field services, including site visits, construction checks, FATs, commissioning, testing, and energization.
• Assist in managing EIC resources, updating resource management tools, and facilitating weekly meetings.
• Conduct initial project design, including site visits, layout planning, one-line and network designs, power design, utility power coordination, and control systems.
• Specify major equipment, develop bid packages, review technical and commercial bids, and make recommendations.
• Support lead EIC engineers and project managers on selected projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience in EIC engineering within facilities (Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing).
• FE or PE certification is preferred.
