Title: Electrical Control Engineer

Location: Lancaster, PA area

Pay: $80K - $140K (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Create cutting-edge automated production equipment and electrical schematics
• Develop and troubleshoot control systems, including PLCs and HMI
• Assist with equipment installations and perform power requirement calculations
• Develop SOPs to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting motion control systems (variable frequency drives, servo controls, etc.)
• Proficiency in electrical control systems such as PLCs, relay logic, control networks, production equipment automation, and industrial control networks
• Experience with controls software programming, Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Ladder Logic
