Cescaphe Event Group seeks a talented Sous Chef to lead our culinary team to excellence
We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to be integral to our culinary team at the newly renovated Bellevue Hotel, now part of the award-winning Cescaphe Event Group.

A background in finer dining restaurants is crucial for this role, providing a challenging, rewarding & growth-oriented opportunity.
The Chef de cuisine/ Sous Chef at the Bellevue Hotel will support the team in ensuring consistent, high food quality, maintaining accurate recipe control, and managing kitchen operations while doing their part to cultivate the most positive work environment possible.
Experience in banquet & catering in a sophisticated, fresh food environment is essential.
