  • Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, strategic thinking, and data analysis skills; CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Partner Program Management:

  • Oversee the corporate partner program, managing relationships with approximately 33 corporate partners, including industry leaders such as Abbott and Johnson & Johnson.
  • Facilitate corporate funding initiatives, including educational series and exhibitions at annual meetings.

Revenue Generation:

  • Set and meet revenue objectives for the corporate partner program and consulting service line.
  • Monitor sales performance across teams, providing strategic insights to enhance overall revenue generation.
  • Manage the sales of various association products and services, including individual memberships, publications, and consulting services.

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the biotherapy space.
  • Establish realistic and measurable revenue targets based on market conditions and insights from partner interactions.


Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Encourage cross-departmental collaboration to optimize sales strategies and outcomes.

Data Utilization:

  • Leverage field-acquired data and insights from Salesforce to inform strategy and enhance decision-making.
  • Work towards improving data analytics capabilities within the organization.

Revenue Generation:

  • Oversee the corporate partners program, the primary revenue generator for the business development department, contributing significantly to annual revenue goals.
  • Lead efforts to enhance the value proposition of corporate partnerships, working closely with partners to plan for annual meetings and ongoing engagement.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategies for identifying and converting new business opportunities, while also focusing on the renewal of existing partnerships.
  • Conduct triage on incoming inquiries, assessing needs and directing follow-ups appropriately.

Collaboration:

  • Work with internal teams to identify sales opportunities and ensure all members are equipped to promote the association's products and services effectively.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement of the corporate partners program.
