Swoon works directly with a full service Mechanical Engineer and HVAC / Plumbing contractor based in Southern California. We are looking to hire a Maintenance Sales Representative in the LA area. This is a direct hire position.

Location: Based in the Santa Ana, CA office, however, you will mainly be in the field which is the LA area (specifically the west end of the San Fernando Valley).

Compensation: $70,000K - $75,000K base salary + commission

Responsibilities:

• Actively sell and prospect in the field, attend networking events, and engage with potential clients.
• Market HVAC and Plumbing Maintenance contracts.
• Focus on acquiring new business while also renewing existing client maintenance agreements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of new business development experience, preferably in the HVAC or plumbing industry.
• Must currently reside in the LA area.
