TITLE : Logistics Analyst

LOCATION : Decatur, IL

RATE : $25/hour W2 + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine documents, materials, and products to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards.
• Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and material requirements.
• Record production data, including volume produced, raw material consumption, and quality control measures.
• Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies to meet production demands.

Typical Day:

• Primarily independent work focusing on data review, documentation, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications (Required):

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 2–4 years of related experience.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, labor, and material cost analysis.
• Proficient in documenting customer/client information.
• Familiarity with regulations related to shipping and production.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications (Preferred):

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of relevant experience.
