Swoon is actively hiring a SOX Security Director to join the team in Phoenix, AZ!

What your day-to-day will look like?

• Lead the development of the IT SOX improvement plan for all goals of the team
• Manage the SOX and IT audit process to include GAP remediation and long-term process improvements
• Evaluate past InfoSec assessments and develop corrective action plans for driving the roadmap
• Implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning for resiliency on critical business applications
• Manage vendors, contracts, negotiations, and license entitlement

What’s Required / Technical Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT Security
• 8+ years of experience of leadership experience – in a public company and multi-location enterprise organizations
• Experience maturing a security operations function i.e. malware, SIEM, DLP, etc.
• Experience building an InfoSec Dashboard and SLA based metrics environment
• Manage the security lifecycle across an enterprise organization

Education / Certifications

• Bachelors Degree Required; Masters Degree is a plus
• Current certification in cybersecurity – CISSP, CISM, or CISA
