About the Opportunity:

Prequel is seeking a Compliance Specialist for a leading financial services company located in Pittsburgh. This is a 2-month contract position with a competitive W2 hourly pay rate and payroll processed bi-weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage physical filing and file creation.
• Prepare and coordinate mailing of regulatory filings.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks.
• Support the Annual Certification process.
• Monitor and track sign-offs for consents.
• Assist with ADV/SEC brochure supplements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Sensitivity to deadlines and ability to manage time effectively.
