Prequel is seeking candidates for an HR leadership position with one of our clients, an industry leading manufacturing company in the Ogden, Utah area. This position will help drive HR strategies that align with the company vision and support a diverse workforce of 350-400 employees, lead full-lifecycle HR responsibilities, overseeing a talented HR team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience
• Manufacturing Industry experience
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and advanced knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
