Job Description:
The Service Desk Chat Agent provides first-level IT support through a live chat platform in a 24x7x365 environment. Responsible for resolving technical issues efficiently, the agent uses a knowledge base, ticketing systems, and expertise to deliver high-quality customer service. Duties include handling multiple chats, documenting actions taken, and collaborating with teams while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Ideal candidates possess strong communication, problem-solving skills, and 2-5 years of experience in chat or technical support roles. A high school diploma or GED is required.
