Job Description
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of telecom and IT projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
  • Ensure proper project scope and requirements are defined in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate project kick-offs, manage daily or weekly project updates, and provide timely progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Create and manage project documentation, including timelines, budgets, risk logs, change requests, and resource plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (internal IT, telecom engineers, external vendors, and contractors) to achieve project deliverables.
  • Communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations effectively to all team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify requirements, establish priorities, and address any concerns.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
