Optomi, in partnership with an industry specific Benefit Cooperative, is looking for a Senior Data and Solutions Analyst to work in tandem with their Data Management Team and Member Benefits Org.

This position is Hybrid in office in Arlington, Virginia.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a consulting mindset, is comfortable partnering closely with the business, and has a background in Data Solutions (delivery / implementations) and Data Quality Management, with experience working in employee benefits (Health insurance, Pension Plans, retirement plans, etc.)

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform Project and Product Management, provide Technical Support, Production Support, and Operational Support
• Closely work and collaborate with business users and technical teams
• Responsible for Data Management and Data Quality across multiple platforms
• Translating business needs into technical objectives
• Be a consultative and creative problem solver

Required Qualifications / Please apply if you have:

• Prior experience as a Developer or Engineer
• Ideally at least 7 or more years of professional related experience
• Understanding of and have worked with Data Models
• Strong understanding of Distributed Transaction Processing
• Experience working in SQL Server and AWS Cloud
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in benefit administration, Pensions, Healthcare benefits, Retirement plans, etc.
• Solution Delivery and Implementation experience as a Change Agent or Technical Lead is ideal, especially in data solutions, modernization, integrations, and platform
