• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business and technical requirements.
• Determine required data sources and service contracts for solutions.
• Sequence solutions using tools like UML diagrams and Confluence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and design.
• Act as the primary point of contact for developers to address questions and resolve issues.
• Create detailed sequence diagrams and technical documentation.
• Write SQL queries and scripts to support technical requirements as needed.
• Identify and leverage appropriate services for integrations.
• Experience in SOA (service-oriented architecture) and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write queries and scripts.
• Experience creating and interpreting UML sequence diagrams.
• Proficiency with documentation tools like Confluence.
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including “diplomatic assertiveness,” to get things done.
