Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements documentation for Mainframe and Web enterprise systems.
• Participate in JAD sessions, and technical walkthroughs, and provide input on requirement details.
• Perform GAP analysis to identify deficiencies in functional/business rules requirements and testing methodologies.
• Design and execute functional and regression test cases to support frequent system changes.
• Identify, report, and escalate deficiencies or defects while adhering to established escalation processes.
• Lead and participate in defect triage meetings and stand-up calls to provide updates and root cause analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive test documents (e.g., test plans, test cases, results, and summaries ) after each release.
• Collaborate with the Test Manager to oversee test execution, defect tracking, and daily status reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects in line with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards .
• Communicate effectively through emails, MS Teams, and other collaboration platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Broad understanding of testing methodologies and techniques for software acceptance.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within project teams, offering relevant system analysis.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (including MS Project) and experience with JIRA or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certifications.
• Proven experience with IBM Mainframes.
• Familiarity with Selenium and executing automated test cases.
• Expertise in automation testing methodologies.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in black-box, white-box, functional, smoke, and regression testing.
• Prior experience in healthcare or government settings is preferred.
