Our original restaurant, Thanh Long, still sits stands on Judah St. in San Francisco since 1971. Crustacean San Francisco since 1991; Crustacean Beverly Hills since 1995, and AnQi South Coast Plaza since 2009; with sister restaurant Tiato Santa Monica having opened in 2011. We are now opening our first overseas location in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia!
Our flagship location, Crustacean Beverly Hills is seeking a skilled Sous Chef capable of handling high-volume production!
- You will be working with and executing Chef Helene An's masterful recipes in a streamlined and cost-effective way.
- Our ideal candidate isn't afraid to dig in and jump on the line when necessary.
- You're a team player and you're looking for longevity to grow and expand as our company does.
- You're progressive in your management approach with a level head and do what is best to forward the team/company as a whole.
- Modern and progressive Asian and French cuisine experience a huge plus!
