What does the role entail:

  • Speaking with potential customers via phone call, building trust and rapport with each interaction
  • Upselling a variety of products within the telecom sector, while still having a customer-focused approach making sure we get a win-win deal
  • Participate in workshops that are focused on skill development, and geared to drive towards performance targets
  • Working towards individual and team targets on a weekly, and monthly basis

  • Experience: 2-4 years in customer service, sales, or related fields

  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Learning Attitude: Continuously focused on leveling up their knowledge to drive towards targets
  • Accountability & Reliability: Capable of working independently and as part of a team, and
