Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at Westpoint Sales Inc. in Vancouver, BC. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for tasks such as customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Account Management skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous experience in plumbing or HVAC industry is a plus
• Excellent computer skills. Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Contact Management Software
