Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at Plas-Tech Inc. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
