Position- Specialist Contracts (Contract Manager) - Legal Unit
Location- Edison, NJ (hybrid role – 3 days a week at NJ office)
Job Description
•The position requires review of Statements of Work, Work Orders, Change Orders, amendment to SOWs, etc.
•The reviewer will ensure that there are no “legal terms” slipped in, will ensure consistency with MSA as well as act as gatekeeper for any internal approvals that may be required for approving the document.
•Review of Non-Disclosure Agreements.
•Review of amendments to master services agreement
•Ideal candidates must have direct experience reviewing SOW, CRs, WOs etc.
Qualifications:
•Ideal candidates must have at least 4 years of experience reviewing SOW, CRs, WOs etc. with a technology company which is a service provider/vendor
•Experience in the technology procurement team of any other company (as a customer) is also acceptable.
•Must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple clients and stakeholders
