You’ll work collaboratively to support over 200 users across a diverse technology landscape, including Windows and MacOS devices, Apple mobile devices, Hybrid AD, and M365.
This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, white glove support, and facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding.
What you need:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Support.
- Strong expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and M365.
- Familiarity with MacOS and iPhone support.
- Experience with endpoint management, patching, and security platforms.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and resourcefulness in troubleshooting.
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, and ITIL processes is a plus.
- Relevant certifications like A+, M365 Fundamentals, or Security Fundamentals are preferred.
