Location: Hybrid (Boston)

We are seeking an accomplished Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to take charge of designing and strategically planning IAM systems across a complex IT infrastructure. This is an opportunity to lead the development of secure, scalable architectures within Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Design and implement IAM architectures that align with business objectives and security requirements, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain long-term IAM strategies and roadmaps to support business growth while meeting security and compliance needs.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure IAM systems adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements through regular assessments and audits.
• Mentorship and Team Development: Provide leadership and guidance to junior IAM engineers and cross-functional teams to strengthen overall IAM capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing IAM architectures with hands-on expertise in Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and execute strategic IAM initiatives in complex environments.
