We have an immediate opening for an HR Generalist. The primary function of this role is to manage the day-to-day Human Resource activities, including partnering on strategy for the department, overseeing onboarding, policy & procedure administration, and disciplinary coaching.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Provide Employee Relations and HR support to employee population.
Conducts onboarding and off boarding.
Assist employees with HR-related concerns.
Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities at the plant level.
Direct employees to payroll and benefits teams for assistance as needed.
Employee Training and Development.
ADA Compliance.
EEO Compliance.
The ideal candidate will have the following combination of education and experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline
· 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources
· Experience with recruitment & selection activities
· Knowledge of Benefits administration
· Effective Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving Skills
· Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite
· Ability to Multitask
