Durability Testing Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Durability Testing Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and durability of our vehicles through rigorous testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and conduct vehicle tests according to standards using a variety of tools and measurement instrumentation.
• Evaluate and inspect test vehicles with a high level of sensitivity.
• Conduct investigations and test experiments to determine root causes of durability concerns. Disassemble and repair vehicles as needed.
• Document all test results and provide accurate reports.
• Domestic and international travel (approximately 25% of the time) and occasional early/late working hours are required to complete the job functions above.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in an automotive test facility and knowledge of data acquisition instrumentation is preferred.

Travel Requirements:

• Domestic and international travel (approximately 25% of the time) and occasional early/late working hours are required.
