Duties and Responsibilities: Identify, target, and meet with potential clients through research and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners. Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients. Achieve sales goals. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Must become an expert at PSA/CRM toolsets, generating quotes, and proposals. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-3 years in customer account management, service, sales engineering, or sales. Working knowledge of IT fundamentals. Excellent presentation skills, strong attention to detail, and accuracy. Technical aptitude and business systems analysis skills. Excellent documentation and writing abilities.
