The ideal candidate will have min 4 years progressive engineering design in new product development (2D/3D CAD) and FEM experience developing products & assemblies. An early career engineer with BS ready for management or a seasoned engineering manager with an AA degree could be of consideration. Prior experience with welding, metal forming and electrical components pref’d.
