JOB DETAILS :

• Position : Parts & Inventory Coordinator
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate : $18-$19/hr (Based on Experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records both manually and digitally.
• Order Tracking : Investigate issues with orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconciliation : Perform physical counts of inventory and ensure records match.
• Customer Service : Answer phones and assist with parts orders.
• Vendor Relations : Match vendor confirmations to orders and update databases.

REQUIREMENTS :

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree or some college preferred.
• Preferred experience in Purchasing & Inventory Control.
• Comfortable handling vendor interactions both over the phone and in person.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong critical thinking skills to manage discrepancies.
• Preferred experience with QuickBooks.
