• Schedule: M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Pay Rate: $70,000 - $105,000
• Direct Hire

Research & Development Chemist Job Description

• New product development, synthesis, experimentation, implementation, scale -up and commercialization.
• Construct experimental set-ups and conduct related experiments and summarize and analyze experimental data.
• Write technical papers or reports or prepare standards and specifications for process, facilities, products or tests.
• Assist with in-house and off site investigation of customer complaints and problems
• Troubleshoot existing products, processes and quality assurance
• Develop and author intellectual property
• Attend trade shows in support of commercial when required (25% Travel Potential )

Research & Development Chemist Job Requirements:

• PHD in Chemistry or related field
• M.S. / B.S. along with 7 years of similar industrial chemistry related experience
• Experience working with Chemical Instrumentation
• Experience in Product Development Preferred
• ERP Experience Preferred
