Job Summary:
Join our team as an Office Assistant and be a vital part of our daily operations! We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with essential office tasks in a supportive and professional environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00/hour, based on experience
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Perks: Weekly pay
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform filing and scanning to maintain organized and accessible records.
  • Handle data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Deliver mail and packages throughout the office.
  • Assist with other general office duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Previous office experience is preferred but not required.
