Distribution Manager

A valued long-term TEEMA client has reached out to us exclusively for assistance in securing a Distribution Manager for their Moncton, NB location. This role mirrors that of a branch/operations manager overseeing a team of approximately 10 individuals, with a strong background in warehousing and distribution.

A full description will be shared with qualified candidates, this is a snapshot of the role:

You will be responsible for managing all facets of the branch operational business, ensuring efficient and cost-effective distribution, and labour management. In partnership with all

divisional teams, provide directive and branch insight to ensure efficient Customer fulfillment, and

optimal performance. In layperson terms - you will manage the operations and team of 10 while being open/available to jump on the floor if needed.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education (degree/diploma)

• 5-7 years of progressive Distribution/Warehouse experience

• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

• Knowledge of AS400 and Salesforce (or similar CRM system) is an asset

• Knowledge of Oracle Transportation or similar is an asset

• Flexibility to travel if necessary.

The position offers a stable environment within the organization, along with a competitive salary package ($85K) that includes benefits, vacation time, and an RRSP plan. This is an onsite 5 days/week position in the west end, off Berry Mills.
