- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email (using a ticketing system), and outbound calls/emails, ensuring all support needs are addressed in a timely manner.
- Accurately record all interactions in company systems to ensure proper follow-up and resolution of issues.
- Maintain and update electronic documentation, including client files, paperwork, and various reports.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth coordination of tasks, clear communication, and timely escalation of complex issues.
- Stay current with various software and systems, including Microsoft Office 365, Google Chrome and others.
- Provide exceptional customer service consistently in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
Required Skills and Experience:

- At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Support or Account offering excellent customer service through phone and email interactions.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding customer service performance targets.
- Strong ability to absorb and apply training, along with detailed note-taking for effective job implementation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with a willingness to learn new tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A flexible, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Skilled problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to customer support.
