We are partnering with a steel fabricator that is looking to add an inside sales representative to their team!

This role will be a healthy blend of maintaining and growing existing accounts as well as bringing in new customers. The perfect candidate will be comfortable with making a great deal of calls and selling sheet metal fabrication services over the phone, via email, and in person if needed. They will have a positive go-getter attitude, have an understanding of manufacturing or fabrication, and open to learning.

Pay: $50,000-$55,000 + commission

* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

* Understand customer needs and requirements

* Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

* Maintain and expand your database of prospects

Qualifications:

* MUST HAVE manufacturing/fabrication or construction experience

* Exceptional interpersonal skills

* Sales experience

* Must spend time learning our estimating process

* Occasional Travel may be required
