Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative . This role will focus on assisting customers with order processing, coordinating shipments, and collaborating with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in logistics or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Order Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping details, and product availability.
  • Process customer orders accurately in the company's ERP or order management system.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolution to ensure satisfaction.

Shipping & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate with the shipping and warehouse teams to schedule and track shipments.
  • Communicate with freight carriers and logistics providers to arrange transport and resolve delivery issues.
  • Ensure all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork, is accurate and complete.
  • Monitor and track shipment progress, providing updates to customers as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with production, warehouse, and sales teams to align customer requirements with operational schedules.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and suggesting reorders when needed.
  • Support efforts to streamline shipping and logistics processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Familiarity with shipping processes, logistics coordination, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
