Key Responsibilities:

• Managing personal and fiduciary income tax returns and maintaining regular communication with clients and in-house tax preparers.
• Participating in the oversight of the firm's income tax practice to ensure accurate and streamlined operations.
• Handling corporate records which include but are not limited to, resolutions, changes in board of directors, annual reports, and meeting minutes.
• Facilitating the formation of new LLCs, corporations, and partnerships by filing relevant documents, obtaining tax identification numbers, and preparing essential governing documents.
• Assisting in handling business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchases, business formations, and dissolutions.
• Assisting attorneys in real estate closings by preparing and organizing necessary documents.

Qualifications:

• Seasoned paralegal with emphasis on corporate and tax law.
• Profound understanding of tax preparation, corporate governance, and business transactions.
• Skilled in managing and organizing legal documents, filings, and client communications.
