Our client, a provider of security technology, is seeking a results oriented Human Resources Business Partner. The ideal candidate provides a pivotal role by aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a positive work environment. *This is a part time, contract role that has the potential to go full time, permanent based on business needs


What you will do

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
  • Manage HR sourcing initiatives to attract top talent and enhance recruitment efforts
  • Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees are informed about available options and resources
  • Facilitate affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transitions and employee adaptation
  • Utilize UltiPro, ADP, and Paylocity systems for efficient HR operations and data management
  • Assist in succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the company
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies
  • Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and improve human capital management practices

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and best practices in recruitment
  • Familiarity with affirmative action planning processes is preferred
  • Experience in change management strategies is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using HR software such as UltiPro, ADP, or Paylocity for payroll and benefits administration
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams
  • Knowledge of succession planning methodologies to ensure organizational continuity
  • A degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
