What you will do
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
- Manage HR sourcing initiatives to attract top talent and enhance recruitment efforts
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees are informed about available options and resources
- Facilitate affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transitions and employee adaptation
- Utilize UltiPro, ADP, and Paylocity systems for efficient HR operations and data management
- Assist in succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the company
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies
- Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and improve human capital management practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and best practices in recruitment
- Familiarity with affirmative action planning processes is preferred
- Experience in change management strategies is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using HR software such as UltiPro, ADP, or Paylocity for payroll and benefits administration
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams
- Knowledge of succession planning methodologies to ensure organizational continuity
- A degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
