Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure new accounts.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new customers.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to remain competitive.
• Regularly update and maintain CRM records with sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of air and ocean freight operations and international logistics.
• A hunter mentality with a passion for identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
