We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Chicago operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, freight forwarding, and branch management, with additional experience in running warehouse operations. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, team leadership, and branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for the branch, including air, ocean, and ground freight services.
• Manage warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
• Monitor and manage the branch P&L to drive profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and branch management.
• Strong background in managing warehouse operations is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of air, ocean, and ground transportation services.
• Experience managing P&L and financial performance.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
