We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our California sales team. This role focuses on supporting and developing a high-performing sales team through leadership, training, and mentorship. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.
  • Organize and facilitate regular sales meetings to track progress, share insights, and maintain team motivation.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to the sales team to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for achieving individual and team targets.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for problem-solving and customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to help the team stay competitive.
  • Develop and implement best practices and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience managing and leading a sales team, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on mentorship and collaboration.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to organize and lead effective sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Skilled in identifying and hiring top sales talent.
  • A proactive and supportive approach to leadership, with a focus on enabling team success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
