About the Role: - We are seeking a CSC Customer Service Rep II to join our Customer Service team.
- The primary responsibilities of this role include answering phones for both public and internal customers, documenting and dispatching work requests, assisting in special projects, and monitoring environmental alarms.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Responsibilities: - Answering phones for public and internal customers

- Assisting with workflow and assignments for patient transporters
- Providing feedback to leadership on process improvements
- Performing all position appropriate duties in a competent, professional, and courteous manner
Education Qualificat ion: - High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Required Skills: - Ability to handle difficult situations and provide conflict resolution
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in an administrative support role and/or customer service preferred
- Healthcare, call center, or dispatch service experience preferred
- Management retains the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed
