About the Role

The Company is seeking a Campus President to serve as an executive leader within its community college system. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and aligning the campus's planning, operations, and programs with the institution's mission, vision, and strategic priorities. This role requires a commitment to the comprehensive community college's mission and its role in community development, including the establishment of effective partnerships with business, industry, and educational stakeholders. The Campus President will also be tasked with fostering a student-centered, collaborative approach to academic and student affairs, and ensuring the campus environment supports student learning and success. Applicants for the Campus President position at the company should hold a Doctorate from a regionally accredited institution and have a minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in a senior higher education role. The role demands a proven track record in academic leadership, a commitment to the highest standards of academic quality, and a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a background in instructional technologies, workforce development, and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage effective organizational communication and strategic planning.
