About the Role
The Company is seeking a President for its WaterCo business, a significant subsidiary within its Enterprise Dealer Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire P&L of the WaterCo business, which serves primarily residential customers. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in driving financial and operational results, particularly in high-growth and acquisitive environments. The President will be tasked with continuing to drive organic and inorganic growth, building bench strength, and supporting the integration of the legacy WaterCo business. Experience in residential/B2C services provider environments is preferred, and the role requires a leader who can improve revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow, and drive above-market growth through effective team leadership.Candidates for the President position should have at least 15 years of experience, with a focus on progressive leadership in P&L management, service operations, sales, and customer service. A strong background in instilling a KPI-driven approach, superior customer orientation, and exceptional financial management skills is essential. The ideal candidate will be a natural mentor, with the ability to develop talent, recruit and lead cross-functional teams, and foster a collaborative culture. Excellent communication skills, a flexible and dynamic approach, and a natural bias for action are also key attributes. The President will report directly to the President of the Enterprise Dealer Group and may serve as a potential successor to the President of the EDG.
