About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to lead its educational and pastoral mission, which is deeply rooted in Blackfeet and Catholic values. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader, a superb communicator, and a collaborative manager. Responsibilities include upholding the organization's vision and identity, strategic planning, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the institution. The President will also be tasked with fostering community relationships, particularly with the Blackfeet and Catholic communities, and will be expected to have a strong commitment to the spiritual and cultural well-being of all stakeholders.Candidates for the President position at the company should be culturally competent, with an understanding of or a willingness to learn about the Blackfeet culture. The role requires an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record in development and the ability to build strategic alliances. The President will work closely with the Board of Directors, oversee the leadership team, and be the primary contact for the organization. A person of integrity and compassion, the ideal candidate will have a background in education, philanthropy, or nonprofit management, and an advanced degree is preferred. The focus of the role is on supporting the students, faculty, and staff in upholding justice, healing the traumas of colonization, and building a future where all people are respected.
