About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in ensuring cross-functional alignment, operational efficiency, and strategic execution across the organization's clinical operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the COO's priorities, streamlining workflows, and improving collaboration across departments. This role demands a high level of flexibility, as the Chief of Staff will take a central role in top-priority initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to the COO. Key responsibilities include overseeing the planning and execution of major initiatives, managing the annual goal-setting process for senior leaders, and serving as a liaison between the COO and other senior executives. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in problem-solving, and anticipating and mitigating potential issues, and will be expected to have a strong background in healthcare operations, economics, and industry trends.Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field, or a JD with healthcare experience. A Bachelor's degree is acceptable with a combination of training and 10+ years of related experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of professional experience in strategic planning, consulting, transformation, or operational leadership roles related to healthcare. They must be exceptional collaborators and communicators, with strong executive presence, and the ability to lead through influence. The role requires an independent thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders. The Chief of Staff will be expected to have the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality, and to be adept at managing multiple key opportunities and deliverables simultaneously.
