About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in the execution of the business's most critical objectives. This includes defining company-wide priorities, strategic planning, and leading high-impact initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for running an effective Office of the CEO, shaping the operating cadence of executive meetings, and coordinating senior leadership discussions. The role demands a professional who can work in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment, and who is adept at amplifying the effectiveness of the executive team.Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a minimum of 4 years' of total experience, with at least 2 years' in a business consulting firm or internal strategy team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA, Bachelor's, or equivalent experience, and a background in the SaaS or technology industry is a plus. Key skills include the ability to be a thought partner to the CEO, excellent communication, project management, and the capacity to work with significant change and ambiguity. The role requires a pragmatic, logical thinker with a strong sense of trustworthiness and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Technical skills in Excel and experience in creating executive-level presentations are also essential.
