The Company is in search of an Executive Business Partner to the Founder & CEO. The successful candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's day-to-day activities. This role is pivotal in a dynamic environment, and the ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be highly organized, and possess exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. The role also involves travel coordination, meeting support, and ad hoc project assistance.Applicants for the Executive Business Partner role at the company should have a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in providing administrative support to senior leaders in a high-growth, fast-paced organization. A go-above-and-beyond mindset, a positive can-do attitude, and a strong ability to build relationships are essential. The role requires a candidate who is organized, responsive, and tech-savvy, with proficiency in productivity tools. Integrity, discretion, and excellent judgment are non-negotiable traits. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working team player, with a proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and competing demands. Experience in office management, facilities, or operations is a plus.
